Also known as pipe cleaners, our chenille stems, with their lovely chunky nylon bristles, are great for expressing your creativity. Chenille is an ideal accessory for a wealth of creative hobby projects.

The pipe cleaner is easy to shape however you wish and you can easily attach the ends together by twisting without the use of glue. Try making spiral shapes by wrapping your pipe cleaner around a pencil or similar. Glue the pipe cleaners in place with Sticky Base using your fingers – or use a glue gun.

Chenille stems provide a wealth of creative possibilities. Use them to make funny hair, arms, legs, wings, etc. for your figures. They stick easily into polystyrene pieces or figures shaped from Silk Clay® without the need for glue. Make small ornaments, for example by shaping the pipe cleaners into hearts – you can try adding beads for extra decoration. A super accessory for many hobby activities
